What is the shipping price?
If you need us to deliver the products, please give us a Email to get quote for shipping fee. You are welcome to pick up the products at our warehouse and your can also send your own shipping company to pick up your order. The shipping free in the Lower Mainland will be $40-$70.

This shipping rate is only ship the cork floating flooring from Vancouver BC to your city at terminal of TST overland or terminal of Vitran. You need to pick your order up at your city at terminal of TST overland or terminal of Vitran. If you need the order deliver to your home, the shipping price will be plus about $140 residential deliver fee. If your city is not in the list, please e-mail us to get shipping quote.

What are the shipping policies?
Delivery is Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time. Please note that larger shipments made by common carrier require a signed acknowledgement of receipt. If your order is shipped by common carrier, the carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time

Delivery is typically to the front door of houses and the ground floor lobby of apartment and condominium buildings.

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
CorkFloor Sales delivers within Canada; Please contact us for pick up by yourself to save delivery fee. If you need to deliver to Newfoundland,Prince Edward Island,New Brunswick, North West Territories, Yukon Territory,please e-mail us to get shipping quote.

What shipping methods are available?
Standard ground shipping is our main mode of transport; most deliveries are shipped by courier. Our products will be shipped by common carrier due to weight, size and destination of the floor products
